Here at LiL VAPE we want to you to love each and every purchase from us, that's why all of our items come with a 12 month guarantee! Should an item develop a fault within the first 3 months you can return it to us for a refund or an exchange. After the first 3 months we can offer you an exchange to the same value. Request a returns form from us, using this form.
If an item you wish to return is not faulty you can still request a returns form from us, to do so just drop us a message using this form, we can get a returns form sent over to you. Should you wish to return a non-faulty item this can be processed as either a refund or exchange.
Due to health and hygiene implications present with the sale of adult goods, for any returned item to be accepted (where not faulty) the following should be adhered to at all times:
- Item(s) must be unused
- Item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging
- Item(s) that are not heat-sealed in the box are non-refundable/exchangeable
- Item(s) supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable/exchangeable
- Item(s) must be received back within 14 days from their purchase date
- Lingerie and underwear items are non refundable and non exchangeable
- Media of any type such as DVDs and magazines are non-refundable/exchangeable
In the interest of hygiene, please do not open/unwrap any item(s) that you wish to return as we will be unable to exchange fault-free items if the packaging or seals have been opened.
If any item(s) have been used or any of the above conditions aren't followed, we reserve the right to return the item(s) back to you.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING
Once you have received a returns form from us...
Returned item(s) should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation following the conditions outlined above.
We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we can exchange the item.
Please note: Non-faulty item(s) will only be accepted for return if they are received back within 14 days of their purchase date, unless we have notified you otherwise.
Any returned item remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we strongly recommend sending the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item(s) within.
The cost of returning non-faulty item(s) to us is your responsibility.
Delivery charges are refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
